MY MP Chloe Smith does not reply to my emails and does not answer my questions
Chloe Smith MP, Norwich North.
Elected MP but who does she represent?
The Conservative Party of course, not her constituents
It's my party and I'll laugh if I want to.

Overwriting the negativity
My friend with severe RA a few days ago said she believes in Karma and in times of worst pain thinks to herself it's her Karma and finds it easier to accept it. I kind of understand but is she not claiming (excusing) her problem as if she deserves it - it's hers - it's "her" Karma that she can do nothing about, she is "doomed" to suffer, if not now then later - there is no way out, no solution, it;s hopeless. I said god, him or her, is a cunt if punishing her for something she knows nothing about, and it's this life that is important, not previous ones. Yet she doesn't actually moan! But it's not "her RA", it;s just the symptoms of RA that she suffers. I thought, well if she takes a painkiller and eases the pain what does she think that does to her Karma? Does she think she'll just suffer it later? And it's not all about her conscious thoughts; it is more about her subconsciousness.
Subconscious mind is like a blackboard, or computer, it just records whatever we put on it, and the more it is repeated then the bigger the letters get until it runs our lives. It cannot differentiate between what is correct and what is not.
So it also records what we are told. If doctors say it's incurable, then it may become hard to cure if at all. If they say there is a cure then things may improve. If we tell our children they are no good, our failures or make bad choices or can never get to where they want to be, it will not help.
So there is a technique to overwrite the crap. We have to write in bigger letters, even if we don't believe what we are writing, and it will help.
Repetition, self positive affirmation and positive comments to others - never wish, always claim success. "I am glad I feel better every day"even if we think we don't) repeated OUT LOUD THREE TIMES, three times daily, three times before sleeping!
Simple - but (replacing the feel better every day bit by whatever eg I am glad I get the job I want, I am glad I am good at remembering names, I am glad people like me ... " etc) and it works - I can testify to that.
Simple!
So the question is, why don't people all try it?
Is it because they fear change
I am glad I am a success
I am glad I am a success
I am
glad I am a success.
